I highly recommend Movers on Duty. The online app was easy to use.. They were quick to respond to calls and very helpful and polite. The movers came a few minutes early, were efficient and careful with moving everything. It was a flat rate price which alleviated the stress of staying within a time limit in order to not be charged more. We will definitely use their services in the future.

This company is THE BEST! I called super last minute and around 11pm. Not only was I able to schedule my move, but they answered the phone! I spoke with Fabian who discussed the cost of the move and all of the things included in the cost. After our call I received an email to confirm my move. I had to reschedule for a few days later but nonetheless, I sent them a message and they obliged my request. The movers Delmar, Rafael, and Luis called to let me know they were on their way and when they showed up on time, they were ready to work. Delmar assured me that my requests were not a problem and that they could do this all themselves. Luis packed my kitchen and Rafael moved my furniture quickly and safely. They arrived to my new house before I got there and they waited patiently. They moved expeditiously up the four flights of stairs never once complaining. They even remembered from which room they brought each box and put it in the correct room in my new house. I was beyond impressed! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will use them anytime I have to move. I am so glad that I found them. It was this company that made my transition to my new house easy and worthwhile.

They guys at Movers on Duty were awesome. They we on time, polite and professional. They took great care in wrapping my furniture and handling my boxes. I payed a flat rate for my move so packing and unpacking were not included but when we reached our new house the guys offered to help us start unpacking anyway. Over all I was extremely impressed with this company. We a re veteran family and have had to move many many times over the years. This was by far the best experience ever with a moving company. I would recommend Movers on Duty to any and everyone. Thank you guys so much for taking care of our family and our possessions.

Absolutely fantastic move overall. Over the years, I've probably moved 8-10 times, and honestly, Movers on Duty was the fastest and easiest to work with. I can not stress how nice it is to have a flat fee on how much everything will be. Boxes, labor hours, additional stops - one fee. We had a crew of 7, I repeat 7, folks come in, mass produce boxes and start packing everything at the start - even though some had to go to a different job, the speed still was amazing. When the worked with furniture that needed to be taken apart, they were careful and took care of it unlike some movers I've had in the past... Will absolutely use again next time I move (which I hope isn't for a while).

I'm very happy that I chose Movers on Duty. I moved a 2 bedroom apartment from Washington, D.C. to Chicago, and I had never used movers before, so I was nervous about finding a good company. Most other moving companies that are marketed online contract out their services around the country and lack transparency, and even if they appear to a be a little bit cheaper in price, there is more risk involved. Movers on Duty directly moved all of my belongings, without combining my move with other customers, so the move was faster, more efficient, and more secure than other moving companies. The movers were excellent - they were on time, extremely friendly and courteous, and worked very efficiently. They did a great job wrapping up my furniture and taking good care of it in the move.
